Wyk grew up in Tomra, where his diet consisted entirely of grog. Due to his unique and well-balanced diet, he grew much taller than any other dwarf and had to set out from his hometown that he had rapidly outgrown. One night after drinking a particularly large amount of grog, he woke up under a bridge in a land that was unfamiliar to him. Alone and homeless, he claimed the bridge as his residence and set out looking for easy ways to make gil, since gil is as good as grog. After noticing a dwarf-sized hole in the music scene in this new land, Wyk decided to try and make an impact (and some gil) by joining DICE.
